  1. Return Request:
    All return requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Email Requirements:
    When emailing us, please include:

    • A brief explanation or reason for the return

    • Clear photos of the item(s), including:

      • The front and back of the product

      • A photo of the original tag still attached

     

  3. Item Condition:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage or odors.

    • All original tags must be intact and attached.

    • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. Approval & Instructions:
    Once your return request is reviewed, we will respond with approval status and return shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  5. Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
