Shipping policy

    Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
    Please note: Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or new collection launches.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

    • We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping only.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Address Accuracy:
    Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages:
    Once an order is shipped, it is under the responsibility of the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
  • Preorders:
    If your order includes a preorder item, your full order will ship once all items are available. Estimated shipping dates will be listed in the product description.
